Introduction

This 6-day course is aimed at delegates who need a sound understanding of Six Sigma application, tools and techniques. For delegates involved in, or about to start their own projects, the course covers the structure of Six Sigma projects using the DMAICT approach (Design, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control, Transfer). During the 6-days the training will be applied to a mini project, enabling the delegates to ‘walk through’ the project process. Delegates wishing to apply the training to their own projects are encouraged to do so, with full support from the trainers during the course until the project completion. The course is assessed either by incorporating a delegate project or by completing a short test on the last day of training.

Included in the programme costs are delegates’ notes and facilities, lunches and refreshments during the course. Courses are non-residential, however, local accommodation can be arranged on request at cost.
