Tony is the Managing Director of Services Ltd and has recently retired as Director of the Centre of Quality Excellence at the University of Leicester where his chair in Quality & Reliability Management was established with support from Rolls Royce Plc. The Centre offered postgraduate distance learning and in-company MSc programmes on the Management of Excellence in 4 continents. He has been involved in implementing Excellence in numerous manufacturing and service companies and the public sector. Tony is a leading figure on the Excellence and Quality stage, a speaker at international forums and a leader into research on Excellence, Quality Methods, Management, Measurement and Benchmarking. He is also author of a number of major management texts for the Financial Times and Sunday Times.
